From literacy classes for the general public to the widespread adoption of AI.
Embarking not only on their journey with enthusiasm but also with the knowledge to sow the seeds of sustainable change, nearly 150 students from the University of Education, Da Nang University, simultaneously launched 11 specialized teams, implementing various activities applying digital technology in disadvantaged communes.
For example, the Youth Union of the University of Technology, Da Nang University, established a Digital Transformation Mobilization Team, primarily composed of IT students proficient in computers, to implement activities tailored to the practical needs of the community. Classes were opened where digital technology was no longer a distant concept but became a companion in the digital transformation process in rural areas.
Ms. Nguyen Hoang Tinh Uyen, Secretary of the Youth Union of Da Nang University of Education, shared: “The technology classes are not only knowledge-sharing sessions but also a place to connect volunteer soldiers and local people through patience, sharing, and understanding. This is an opportunity for students to expand their creativity, develop critical thinking, and solve problems effectively.”

Notably, in addition to participating in and organizing community activities within the city, the youth of Da Nang are also spreading their pioneering and volunteer spirit to neighboring provinces.
In Lia commune ( Quang Tri province), a class was organized in the middle of the forest with the participation of officials, youth union members, and the Pa Ko ethnic group, guided by young men and women from Da Nang University of Technology.
In Van Tuong commune (Quang Ngai province), students from Da Nang University of Education organized a training course on "Application of Artificial Intelligence - Digital Literacy for the People" for Youth Union officials and members, helping to effectively exploit the potential of artificial intelligence.
Volunteering for the community
Eliminating temporary housing is a major policy of the city, and young people in volunteer groups in Da Nang have connected social resources to build sturdy homes, helping people stabilize their lives and work and produce with peace of mind.

Living in the "House of Happiness" built through the efforts of the Huong Sen Charity Club, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong (Hai Van ward) emotionally said: "I am grateful for the community's support for my family. Having a new house before the rainy season is a long-held dream of my family."
To date, the Huong Sen Charity Club has directly connected with, mobilized, and implemented the construction of 13 "Houses of Happiness," with a total cost reaching billions of VND.
With the desire to ensure the holistic development of children in mountainous areas, many "Dream Playgrounds" have been built with the contributions of young people in Da Nang.
The school in Hamlet 2B (Tra Tan Commune), located hundreds of kilometers from the center of Da Nang city, faces many difficulties, lacking electricity and clean water. Understanding these hardships and deprivations, the "Hand In Hand Vietnam - Korea" charity group built a "Dream Playground" for the children there.

At Ong Yen peak (Tra Leng commune), the playground built by the volunteer group "Friends of Da Nang" is always crowded with village children after school, especially on holidays.
On the journey of digital transformation and integrated development, the youth of Da Nang affirm their pioneering, creative, and responsible role, bringing enthusiasm and great aspirations to join hands in building the city in the new era.
