Military conflicts in the Middle East are creating major shocks to the global energy market, leading to the risk of supply disruptions and significant fluctuations in oil prices.
In this context, Vietnam is proactively implementing various solutions to ensure energy security and market stability.

According to a report by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, crude oil production currently stands at approximately 180,000 barrels per day. Of this, about 150,000 barrels per day are supplied to the Dung Quat Refinery. The Dung Quat Refinery can maintain stable operation at approximately 118% capacity at least until the end of April 2026 and ensure the supply of petroleum products according to contracts signed with key traders.
Meanwhile, the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant continues to operate stably with a guaranteed supply of raw materials for its production plan in the coming period.
