For over 20 years dedicated to the noble profession of "nurturing future generations," Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, a teacher at Cu Chinh Lan Secondary School, has continuously strived, trained, and innovated in her teaching, especially in nurturing talented students in Literature. With her sense of responsibility, love for her profession, and dedication to her students, she has become a shining example, trusted by her colleagues and loved by her students.

After graduating from Hong Duc University with a major in Literature Education, Ms. Ha began working in the education sector and has worked in various teaching environments. Regardless of her position, she has always maintained a proactive attitude, constantly learning and accumulating experience to improve her expertise and meet the demands of current educational reforms.

Throughout her teaching career, Ms. Ha has always proactively updated her knowledge, researched professional materials, and actively innovated teaching methods to develop students' qualities and abilities. She believes that Literature is not just a subject about words and language, but also a subject that nurtures the soul and character, helping students appreciate beauty and form a positive lifestyle. Therefore, in each lesson, she always seeks flexible and lively teaching methods, combining theory and practice. She skillfully incorporates examples from poetry, literary works, research papers, and professional commentaries, making the lessons relatable, easy to understand, and thought-provoking.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Ha shared: “I always believe that, to teach Literature well, in addition to love for the profession and dedication, teachers need to constantly innovate teaching methods, hone their communication skills and expressive abilities. More importantly, they must help students feel the humanistic values, thereby forming positive thinking and a beautiful way of life. Connecting the lesson content with real life plays an important role in helping students deeply understand the work. From the details, characters, and situations in literature, I always encourage students to relate them to everyday life issues, thereby drawing lessons about love, compassion, sharing, and responsibility to the community.”

Thanks to her flexible, approachable, and humane teaching methods, Ms. Ha's Literature lessons always create enthusiasm among students. The classroom atmosphere is therefore lively and positive, with students actively participating in discussions and expressing their personal opinions.

One noteworthy quality of Ms. Ha is her ability to overcome difficulties, so no matter what role or task she undertakes, she always completes it with dedication and enthusiasm. Therefore, Ms. Ha has achieved many outstanding accomplishments in teaching, especially in nurturing gifted students in Literature. From 2021 to the present, she has mentored 8 students who won provincial-level awards, including 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 2 consolation prizes; and 20 students who won awards at the city (formerly) and ward levels. As a homeroom teacher, Ms. Ha is always approachable, listens to, and understands her students. She regularly collaborates with parents to monitor each student's academic progress and development, thereby providing timely encouragement, guidance, and correction. Many students consider her not only a teacher but also a companion, readily sharing their difficulties in studies and life.

Thanks to her persistent efforts, for many years teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Ha has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level," recognized as an excellent teacher at the provincial level; and received commendations from the Director of the Department of Education and Training, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City (formerly), and the People's Committee of Hac Thanh Ward. This is a well-deserved recognition of her contributions to the local education system.
