Vingroup Corporation (stock code: VIC) announced a document to collect written opinions from shareholders on the dismissal of Ms. Chun Chae Rhan from the Board of Directors. She was elected to the Board of Directors of Vingroup since 2023, representing foreign shareholder SK Group of Korea.

Previously, she had resigned due to health reasons. In addition, SK Group has just divested and is no longer a major shareholder of Vingroup, reducing its ownership to 4.72%.

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (stock code: REE) also has a resignation letter from Mr. Huynh Thanh Hai - Member of the Board of Directors. The time of termination of Mr. Hai's responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2024 approved the decision. The company plans to hold the meeting on April 1 and will proceed to elect additional members of the Board of Directors.

Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: DPG) dismissed Mr. Pham Kim Chau from the position of Deputy General Director at his personal request. Mr. Chau still holds the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong, and is also a major shareholder directly holding nearly 4.2 million shares, accounting for 6.63% of capital.

In addition, Mr. Chau is also on the Board of Directors of 5 member companies in Dat Phuong's ecosystem, including Dat Phuong Construction No. 2 (Chairman of the Board of Directors), Dat Phuong Construction No. 1, Dat Phuong Song Bung Hydropower Plant, Dat Phuong Son Tra Hydropower Plant, Dat Phuong Hoi An (member of the Board of Directors).
