Following the direction of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, all 138/138 Standing Committees of the Youth Unions at the commune, ward, and affiliated levels have developed plans to organize and implement the "Supporting Students During Exams" program in 2026. Based on these plans, the units have announced the assignment of implementing units and exam locations for each commune and ward.
This year, the entire province has established 100 youth volunteer teams with nearly 5,000 volunteers participating, ensuring that each examination site has at least one youth volunteer team with 20 or more volunteers.
According to reports, from early morning, a large number of volunteers were present at the entrance exam sites for 10th grade high school in the 2026-2027 school year. The teams worked regularly at the exam sites, responsible for guiding candidates, providing drinking water and writing materials, assisting with traffic safety, and providing transportation for candidates in special situations, including those with difficult circumstances or disabilities.

Throughout the province, over 105,920 bottles of water and 53,400 ballpoint pens were collected for exam candidates; 5,920 Vietnamese Youth Union shirts and 5,700 caps were donated to volunteers at exam sites; more than 32,700 handheld fans, 15,700 boxes of milk, and 10,230 free snacks were provided; and 50 free parking areas were established to accommodate over 300 vehicles per day.
In addition, the Youth Union closely coordinated with the police in communes and wards to guide the candidates' families in maintaining social distancing and avoiding large gatherings at any one location. They also effectively organized traffic management and ensured security and order at the examination sites. Furthermore, they proactively coordinated with relevant authorities to detect and prevent negative incidents that could exploit the exam and affect candidates and their families, such as price gouging, security breaches, theft, unusual weather events, and accidents.

With thorough preparation, from resources to necessary conditions to support candidates and their families, this year's "Exam Support Program" was organized and implemented synchronously by all levels of the Youth Union in the province, from the provincial to the grassroots level, with activities in many rich and diverse forms. Volunteer youth teams were organized tightly and coordinated smoothly; volunteers were enthusiastic and highly responsible in carrying out their tasks.
The 2026-2027 high school entrance exam in Ninh Binh will take place from May 22nd to 25th at 95 examination centers with approximately 2,600 examination rooms. The "Exam Support Program" will run before, during, and after the exam, providing students with motivation, confidence, and strength to confidently pursue their academic goals.
At the same time, it creates an environment for union members and young people to have the opportunity to train and develop their pioneering spirit, volunteerism, mutual support, and sense of responsibility towards the community, contributing to further enhancing the beautiful image of Ninh Binh youth in particular and Vietnamese youth in general in the new era.
