At the Hue City bridge, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee - Head of the City Fire Prevention and Rescue Steering Committee chaired the conference.
The Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue, effective from July 1, 2025, has many important new points, focusing on clarifying the responsibilities of individuals and organizations; supplementing regulations on rescue and rescue; and enhancing the role of science and technology in fire prevention and fighting and rescue. Notably, the law has radically cut and simplified administrative procedures and business conditions for fire prevention and fighting services.
The Law on Fire Prevention and Rescue has added a number of new regulations on: Fire prevention and rescue work; Strengthening the responsibility of agencies, organizations and individuals; Fire prevention and rescue safety conditions for facilities, houses, houses combined with production and business; Electrical fire prevention and rescue safety in daily life, production and business; Fire fighting activities; Building and strengthening fire prevention and rescue forces; Regimes and policies for mobilized people, people participating in fire fighting and rescue and the fire prevention and rescue police force; Handling of facilities that do not meet fire prevention and rescue requirements and are put into use before the effective date of the law.
In addition, the law also adjusts current regulations related to design approval and acceptance activities on fire prevention and fighting and amends, supplements, abolishes and simplifies administrative procedures in the field of fire prevention and fighting and rescue. At the same time, it abolishes regulations related to fire prevention and fighting service business.
