With a “Family” account, the account holder can add up to 9 members to the account, but family members need to have a Grab account and be 18 years of age or older.

When creating an account, the account owner needs to set up the account owner's credit or debit card as a common payment method to pay for rides booked by the “Family” account.

From now until September 30, 2024, account holders who create a “Family” account for the first time and successfully add a member to the account will receive a 25% discount and a maximum discount of VND 100,000 for GrabCar and GrabBike services nationwide.
