Going from street to street, knocking on every door.
As dusk fell and many workers returned home after a day's labor, Mr. Nguyen Anh Cuong, Secretary of the Party Branch of Thu Tuu 2 neighborhood, Khanh Hau ward, Tay Ninh province, took the opportunity to visit each household to discuss and remind them about the election process.
Mr. Cuong stated: “As soon as the local authorities began preparing for the election, the neighborhood held a meeting to plan the dissemination of information about the significance and importance of this crucial political event, while also emphasizing the rights and responsibilities of each citizen. However, due to the specific characteristics of the area, with many residents working as laborers and being away from home during the day, the time allocated for this informational campaign needs to be more flexible.”
These intimate conversations helped to convey election information in an easily understandable way. As a result, many households in the neighborhood understood the election regulations and arranged their schedules to participate in voting at the right time and place.
Not only in Thu Tuu 2 neighborhood, but also in Hoa Binh neighborhood, Tan An ward, election propaganda work is being actively implemented with the participation of various organizations, especially grassroots officials.
Mr. Le Van Thuong, Head of the Hoa Binh Ward Veterans Association, said: "Upholding the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the members have actively participated in disseminating information and mobilizing other members and the people to comply well with policies and regulations related to the election. In particular, the association has focused on promoting the role of members who are Party members as the core in disseminating information and mobilizing people to understand their rights and obligations when participating in voting."

In addition, the community actively encouraged households to display the national flag in support of the election day; and coordinated with the public address system to disseminate information about the election throughout the neighborhood.
Simultaneously, the posting of voter lists and summaries of candidates' biographies were carried out in accordance with regulations, making it convenient for people to track and understand information before voting day. Thanks to the active involvement of officials and members, people in the area responded well and were ready to participate in this nationwide event.
Spreading responsibility from the grassroots level.
In addition to providing information, grassroots officials also become a "bridge" for the people, a place where voters can go to exchange ideas and ask further questions related to the election.
Mr. Tran Van De, Party Secretary and Head of the Fatherland Front Committee of La Khoa hamlet, Tan Tay commune, is one of the grassroots officials trusted by the people. As the election day approaches, Mr. De proactively arranges time to visit each household to discuss matters.
According to him, during the day, most people are busy with farming, so the evening is a convenient time to meet and chat. "Every time I visit people's homes, I try to clearly explain the purpose and significance of the election, the rights and obligations of voters, as well as the time and place to vote so that people understand. When they understand clearly, they will actively participate," Mr. Dễ said.

Mr. Ho Van Hien, a voter from La Khoa hamlet, said: “These days, people in the hamlet are very interested in the election. Thanks to the timely information provided by local officials, I have grasped the necessary details and am looking forward to voting day to choose worthy representatives.”
In An Luc Long commune, election propaganda work was also implemented extensively with the participation of grassroots officials. The Party Secretary and Head of Cau Hang hamlet, Doan Cong Nghia, actively encouraged people to comply with regulations and maintain security and order in the area.
According to Mr. Nghia, in order for the election day to be conducted seriously, legally, and effectively, propaganda needs to be carried out regularly, linked to the actual situation of the locality. "When people understand the significance of the election, they will actively participate and comply well with the regulations," Mr. Nghia said.

In the election process, grassroots officials act as "bridges," conveying information to voters in an easily understandable way. Through this, trust and consensus among the people are strengthened, contributing to making election day a true national celebration.
