The Investigation Department of the Ministry of Public Security has completed its investigation and recommended the prosecution of the defendants involved in the case at Phuc Son Group, chaired by Hau 'Phao'. The head of this group also spent 132 billion VND on various officials to secure projects.

The Investigation Department of the Ministry of Public Security has completed its investigation and recommended the prosecution of defendants involved in the case at Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company, chaired by Hau 'Phao'. Among the 41 defendants recommended for prosecution are many former provincial secretaries and chairmen.

Before his arrest, Hau 'Phao' confessed to giving 5 billion VND to an official.

Prior to being prosecuted and detained by the Investigation Agency of the Ministry of Public Security, Mr. Hau "Phao" repeatedly gave gifts to a leader of Vinh Phuc province with exceptionally large sums of money.

Nguyen Van Hau's (aka Hau 'Phao') lavish mansion, spanning thousands of square meters, is located in Vinh Tuong district (Vinh Phuc province). Here, Hau hosted numerous provincial leaders and offered bribes totaling billions of dong.
