On the evening of November 6th, the drama series "Our 8 Years Later" officially aired on VTV3. The series also marks the reunion of the team, director Bui Tien Huy, and a cast of young, popular actors such as Manh Truong, Huyen Lizzie, and Quynh Kool, delivering a gentle message about love, friendship, and family.

Our Time Eight Years Later revolves around the story of four friends, Duong, Lam, Tung, and Nguyet, on their journey of daring to love and daring to live.

"Our 8-Years Later" revolves around the story of four friends: Duong (Hoang Ha and Huyen Lizzie), Lam (Quoc Anh and Manh Truong), Tung (Tran Nghia and B Tran), and Nguyet (Ngoc Huyen and Quynh Kool), on their journey of daring to love and daring to live, connected by a bridge of time spanning eight years of separation.

In their youth, Lam and Duong, and Tung and Nguyet, were two couples who experienced a memorable period of love and lived life to the fullest. However, unforeseen events caused changes in everyone. Duong, once a vibrant, cheerful, and lovely girl, became reckless, faithless, and hopeless after experiencing hardship. Lam, a young man who was confident, capable, and ambitious, chose to abandon love in the face of adversity, accepting the pain of hurting the girl he loved most.

Meanwhile, Tung and Nguyet had a beautiful love story in their youth, and after many years of dating, they had a perfect and happy ending. However, after getting married, Tung became a philanderer and unfaithful man. Nguyet, who had always trusted and loved her husband, was devastated when she witnessed him bringing his mistress home for an affair.

A fateful encounter

The review of "We of 8 Years Later," episode 1, which aired on the evening of November 6th, revealed a scene where Lam (Quoc Anh) and Tung (Tran Nghia) meet Nguyet (Hoang Huyen) and Duong (Hoang Ha) on the beach.

Seeing the excessive intimacy between the two boys, Duong immediately suspected they had some kind of sexual orientation issue. While they were gossiping, Lam and Tung suddenly appeared in front of the two girls. And the two pairs of best friends had an impressive introduction.

Duong has a wealthy father named Quang, the chairman of a large corporation, but the relationship between father and daughter is far from good. Therefore, on Duong's birthday, when Mr. Quang wanted to invite her to dinner, she immediately refused. Despite Mr. Quang's attempts to persuade his daughter to reschedule, Duong coldly declined.

Duong and Mr. Quang did not have a good relationship.

In another development, Mr. Quang's company is also a major partner that Lam and Tung need to secure a cooperation agreement with. The two young men were tasked by their boss with bringing back this contract to the company by any means necessary.
