To ensure timely planting, villagers "exchange labor" with each other, finishing planting for one house before moving on to another. Ms. Luc Thi Minh from Lung village, Tam Thai commune, Tuong Duong district shared: "Exchanging labor for planting helps create a more enthusiastic work atmosphere. If each family does it for themselves, it feels dull and productivity won't be as high . Not only that, this labor exchange also strengthens the solidarity among the villagers." (Photo: Dinh Tuan)
