On September 1st, through his official fan page, artist Tu Long spoke out about the negative comments on social media. He expressed his frustration at the harsh and impolite comments from some online users.
"This story should be clear-cut. It's up to people who love or like whom, but remember we are appreciating art from the perspective of cultured individuals. If we forget about good values, or even disregard moral standards, just because of our idols, is it really worth it?" Tu Long wrote.
He further shared: "Be mindful and be cultured people. Art is about beautifying life. Artists are simply the ones who execute that."
Previously, in some posts on Tu Long's personal page, anti-fans left negative and offensive comments about the male artist. These accounts claimed that Tu Long was deliberately using gimmicks to attract attention by mentioning the name of another music program.
