In his directive speech at the conference, the Deputy Prime Minister commended the achievements of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in 2023; and requested the Ministry to continue improving institutions, developing and implementing laws on labor, invalids and social affairs effectively. He emphasized the importance of developing a comprehensive, modern, and flexible labor market, ensuring synchronization, interconnectedness across multiple levels, sectors, fields, regions, and international integration, effectively connecting and regulating labor supply and demand; encouraging job creation in both the public and private sectors; and encouraging workers to seek and change jobs according to their abilities and aptitudes. He also stressed the need to continue innovating and creating a strong transformation in the quality and effectiveness of vocational education.
