At the ceremony, the representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on appointing the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Quang Lam, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, was appointed to the position of Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.

Mr. Tran Quang Lam holds the position of Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.

Mr. Tran Quang Lam was born in 1973; hometown: Quang Binh province; qualifications: Master of Engineering, Construction Engineer; Bachelor of Economic Law; Bachelor of Politics, Senior in Political Theory.

Mr. Tran Quang Lam has held the positions of Deputy Director, Deputy Executive Director, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport; Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport and Public Works; Acting Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.

After the merger of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Mr. Tran Quang Lam was appointed Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
