Launching a songwriting competition using AI in Ca Mau.

The Ca Mau Creative Arts and Technology Festival 2026 has just launched an AI songwriting competition with the theme 'Art - Technology - You'.

Organized by CiNEC Vietnam, the competition aims to encourage participants to apply artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technology in the process of creating and producing music .

Eligible participants include individuals, groups of authors, students, artists, content creators, businesses, clubs, and organizations interested in art and technology.

According to the organizers, the highlight of the competition is encouraging the application of AI and digital technology in various stages such as songwriting, arrangement, visual design, lyric music video production, and stage performance.

The entries focused on themes related to Ca Mau , youth, digital transformation, community, and the future in the technological age.

The competition has no genre restrictions. Contestants can choose from various styles such as pop, ballad, rap, EDM, acoustic, contemporary folk, AI Music, or Digital Art.

Through this activity, the organizers hope to spread the spirit of innovation, promote the combination of art and technology, and contribute to promoting the image of a dynamic Ca Mau in the digital age.

The organizers will accept applications until September 9th via online registration.

The competition offers a first prize of 10 million VND, a second prize of 5 million VND, a third prize of 3 million VND, along with many other creative awards.

Finalists will receive an additional 5 million VND to help with staging, choreography, and stage performance.
