On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Truong Thanh Danh read the "Appeal to support compatriots to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10", clearly stating that the contributions and practical spiritual and material assistance of the social community at this time will be a great driving force, with noble humanitarian meaning to help people in disaster-stricken areas to be confident, quickly stabilize their lives and restore production. Donors' contributions will be used for the right purpose, promptly and effectively, and will be made public on the website of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Delegates contribute to support people affected by storm No. 10.

Accordingly, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee calls on all cadres, party members, people, business community, children, and philanthropists in the province to join hands to share and support people in areas affected by storms and floods.

The general level of effort is: Cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, those who receive salaries from the state budget, each person contributes at least one day's salary; workers should contribute one day's income; union members, youth, households with average or higher living standards save on spending and donate 50,000 VND or more. Agencies, organizations, businesses, children and philanthropists can contribute according to their conditions and heart.
