Discovered many cases of counterfeit and smuggled goods worth nearly 400 million VND

According to reports from Market Management Teams No. 1, No. 3 and No. 8, in order to strengthen control of the commodity market, from August 22 to 26, 2025, the Market Management force of Khanh Hoa province carried out 10 inspections and detected signs of violations in all 10 cases. The violations mainly focused on the trading of counterfeit goods, smuggled goods and goods of unknown origin.

Accordingly, the authorities have temporarily seized 3,322 units of clothing, handbags, wallets, sandals, socks, and scarves with signs of counterfeiting the brands Nike, Chanel, Burberry, Gucci, Crocs, along with 5,322 cosmetic and chemical products such as: hair dye, shampoo, hair spray... with a total value of nearly 400 million VND.

Currently, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Market Management Department is continuing to direct its Market Management Teams to strengthen professional measures, inspect and control business activities in the area. At the same time, it is closely coordinating with functional forces to strictly handle violations according to the law.
