Party cell activities at party organizations in Quynh Nhai District Party Committee are increasingly innovative in terms of organization and content. The activities, the role of the Party Committee and the responsibility of each Party member are always promoted, helping the party cell activities to no longer be formal but to improve the quality, demonstrating the role of the Party organization in leading economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
Every 24th of the month, more than 50 party members of the Bi Ban village Party Cell, Chieng Bang Commune, gather at the village cultural house for party cell activities. This meeting schedule has been agreed upon and maintained by the Party Cell seriously and regularly. In recent years, under the leadership and direction of the Commune Party Committee, implementing the instructions of the higher-level Party Committee, the Party Cell has actively changed the way of organizing activities, especially in preparing content, raising important, necessary issues, close to the reality of the village for discussion, evaluation and finding the most appropriate and effective solutions and directions.
Mr. La Van Phuong, Party cell secretary and head of Bi Ban village, said: Before the day of the Party cell meeting, the Party Committee prepares the content, sets out the most important tasks, issues that are of interest to the people to guide the Party members to discuss and contribute ideas. At the same time, closely following the key tasks, especially during this time, the village is propagating and mobilizing the people to make efforts to build Bi Ban village into a new rural village.
In Nam Et, a commune in region III of Quynh Nhai district, the Party Committee of the commune also pays special attention to the Party cell activities, assigning comrades in the Party Committee Executive Committee of the commune to be in charge and closely monitor to orient the organization and build the content of the activities in a practical direction. As in Nong village, once a month, the Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune, participates in the activities with the Party cell and gives comments and orientations on specific tasks for the Party cell.
Comrade Luong Van Chung, Secretary of the Nong village Party cell, said: After being instructed, the organization of activities is more orderly, party members seriously participate in activities, enthusiastically express their opinions, and express their personal views on each specific issue raised by the Party cell. From there, the whole Party cell will unify to build an implementation plan, especially mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas, planting trees along the roads, protecting cultural houses, playgrounds, and lighting that have been invested in and built in the village.
These are also the methods of organizing regular activities that the Party cells in Quynh Nhai District Party Committee have implemented in recent years. With 45 grassroots Party organizations and nearly 5,300 Party members, Quynh Nhai District Party Committee always promotes grassroots-oriented solutions to improve the quality of regular Party cell activities. In particular, the focus is on promoting solutions to create positive changes in organizing effective and practical Party cell activities, closely linked to local realities.
Comrade Bui Thai Son, Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Nhai District Party Committee, said: The District Party Committee Standing Committee has assigned comrades in the District Party Committee Executive Committee to be in charge of each Party Committee, grassroots Party cell, and Party Committee of communes; assigned comrades in the Standing Committee, the District Party Committee Executive Committee in charge of communes to go down to the village/hamlet Party cells to attend activities at the residential area Party cells. Requires comrades in charge to regularly grasp the general situation, all aspects of activities and participate in Party cell activities at least 3 times/year for comrades in the District Party Committee Executive Committee, 2 times/year for comrades in the District Party Committee Standing Committee. Directs the Commune Party Committees to assign members of the Standing Committee, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee to attend activities with the village and hamlet Party cells. From there, grasp the situation at the grassroots level, supervise the implementation of the organization of Party cell activities to ensure principles, orient realistic content, towards the goal of building a clean and strong Party cell, constantly innovating to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and promote the role and responsibility of each Party member.
With practical solutions, the organization of Party cell activities in Quynh Nhai has achieved clear results. The organization of regular activities avoids formality or stereotypes, mechanical activities, and activities for the sake of it. The rate of Party members participating in activities of Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee is over 80%. The activities are organized by topic, theme, delving into discussion, evaluation, and finding solutions to important issues in the locality. Party cell activities follow the principles of centralization, democracy, Party members uphold the sense of responsibility, and are highly constructive. From there, creating consensus in implementing common tasks, mobilizing the spirit of solidarity of the Party cell and the people in economic development and new rural construction.
