Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 19/QD-UBND dated January 3, 2025, approving the 2025 land use plan for Dong Anh district.
According to the Decision, the approved land use plan for Dong Anh district in 2025 includes a list of 513 projects with a total area of 5,324.8 hectares.
During the implementation year, the People's Committee of Dong Anh District is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the feasibility of projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case new projects with sufficient legal basis and feasibility arise during the implementation year, the People's Committee of Dong Anh District shall compile and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for submission to the People's Committee of Hanoi City for approval of the supplementary land use plan to serve as a basis for implementation according to regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigns the Dong Anh District People's Committee to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of land law. Land acquisition must be carried out in accordance with the approved land use plan. The district is also tasked with inspecting the implementation of the land use plan; promptly detecting and handling cases of violations; and strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation process to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan.
In addition, it is necessary to carefully determine the funding sources for the implementation of the Land Use Plan, ensuring its feasibility. The implementation of the Land Use Plan must be rigorous and ensure that the land use targets approved by the City People's Committee are met. A report on the results of the Land Use Plan implementation must be submitted before October 15, 2025.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for land allocation, land leasing, and land use conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. It organizes inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; and regularly updates the list of eligible projects and works for submission to the City People's Committee for approval and inclusion in the annual land use plan as prescribed.
