Currently, most of the direction, management, and handling of administrative tasks and procedures are carried out through the system. However, recently, observations indicate that the system is showing signs of overload, operating very slowly and frequently experiencing errors. This directly affects and disrupts the efficiency of officials and civil servants, especially impacting the submission and processing time of online administrative documents for citizens and businesses.

I request that the Director of the Department of Information and Communications provide information on the department's assessment of this situation and the specific solutions it will implement to address the issue, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of the e-government system at all levels and serving the people more efficiently in the future.
