Through the inspection, Vice Chairwoman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and endeavors of the localities in the past time, and at the same time requested to urgently review and arrange staff to operate the new apparatus as soon as it comes into operation. Communes need to review and arrange working headquarters in a scientific and reasonable manner, renovate the administrative centers of the new communes to ensure they are spacious, clean, and beautiful, effectively use existing resources, avoid waste and be consistent with the administrative reform process. All work needs to be prepared, so that by June 30 it will be completed, and on July 1, the new commune will operate effectively, efficiently and with quality, without interruption affecting the settlement of administrative procedures for the people.

District leaders must strengthen inspection, urge timely and reasonable adjustments, ensuring smooth operation when officially put into operation. Communes must collect documents, edit and digitize files by June 15, and at the same time pay attention to doing a good job of archiving, ensuring anti-termite, confidential documents are handled according to regulations.
