Movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation"

The plan aims to promote the combined strength of the entire political system and the active participation of the people in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 923/QD-TTg dated May 14, 2025 promulgating the Plan to implement the emulation movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" (Plan).

The plan aims to promote the tradition of patriotism, strengthen the comprehensive leadership of the Party, the combined strength of the entire political system, the active participation of entrepreneurs, enterprises and people in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. At the same time, it strongly arouses the aspiration for national development, promotes proactiveness and creativity in the entire political system and people, self-reliance, and maximizes the exploitation of endogenous capacity./.
