Women of the Capital perform folk dance "The Country is Full of Joy"

The cultural program "The Country is Full of Joy" is an opportunity for members, women and the general public to exchange and review the heroic historical memories of the country. Thereby, promoting the sense of responsibility among cadres, members, women and people of the capital to strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term, contributing to bringing the country into a new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, President of the Ba Dinh District Women's Union Dinh Thi Phuong Lien said: Joining the joyful and proud atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the art program "The Country is Full of Joy", the final round of the contest "Healthy and Beautiful Capital Women - Welcome to the New Era" is a tribute to previous generations.

Today's generations are determined to build and protect the Vietnamese Fatherland, turning the glorious achievements of the past into motivation to fulfill the historical mission in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise...

At the program, delegates and women's union members of the capital watched the documentary "Historical April Moments", reviewing the heroic history of the nation 50 years ago. Next, more than 300 women's union members of Ba Dinh district participated in a folk dance performance to the music "The Country is Full of Joy - Spring in Ho Chi Minh City", celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Within the framework of the program, the final round of the Folk Dance Competition “Healthy, beautiful Capital Women - Welcome to the new era” took place. From 15 teams from grassroots units of the Association under Ba Dinh district participating in the preliminary round, the Jury selected 7 excellent teams to compete in the final round with exciting, enthusiastic and attractive folk dance performances.
