Accordingly, the plan to ban vehicles from circulating on fireworks display days (June 2, June 10, June 17, June 24 and July 8, 2023) is as follows:
Cars (except for vehicles serving DIFF 2023 with badges) are prohibited from circulating on the following routes: Bach Dang Street (from Dragon Bridge to 3/2 Street), Tran Phu Street, 3/2 Street, Le Duan Street (from Nguyen Chi Thanh Street to Bach Dang Street), Tran Hung Dao Street (from Vu Van Dung Street to Van Don Street), Nguyen The Loc Street, Pham Van Dong Street (except for passenger cars with more than 30 seats) from 4:00 p.m. until the end of the fireworks display.
All vehicles (except vehicles serving DIFF 2023 with badges) are prohibited from circulating on the following routes: Bach Dang Street (from Phan Dinh Phung Street to Ly Thuong Kiet Street), An Don Street, Song Han Bridge and 2 eastern access roads, Tran Hung Dao Street (from Vu Van Dung Street to Van Don Street), Nguyen The Loc Street and Pham Van Dong Street (except passenger cars with more than 30 seats) from 5:00 p.m. until the end of the fireworks display.
Passenger cars with more than 30 seats are prohibited from traveling on Ngo Quyen Street (from Han River Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street) from 4:00 p.m. until the end of the fireworks display.
Trailers and semi-trailers are prohibited from traveling on Ngo Quyen - Ngu Hanh Son road from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
During the process of guiding, regulating, and banning traffic according to the above plan, the City Police can consider and adjust the traffic ban time to suit the actual situation on the roads.
Regarding the plan to prohibit stopping and parking: prohibit stopping and parking along Bach Dang Street (from Thanh Dien Hai Street to Tran Quy Cap Street) to ensure security, order and safety for the fireworks gathering and display area at Da Nang Port from the start of the fireworks gathering, expected on May 27 to July 8.
During the fireworks display days of June 2, June 10, June 17, June 24 and July 8: stopping and parking are prohibited (except for vehicles serving DIFF 2023 with badges) on the following streets: Bach Dang Street (from Dragon Bridge to Thanh Dien Hai Street), Tran Phu Street, cross-streets connecting Bach Dang with Tran Phu, Tran Hung Dao Street (from Vu Van Dung Street to Van Don Street), Ngo Quyen service road (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street).
Crossroads connecting Tran Hung Dao Street with Ngo Quyen Street (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street), Dragon Bridge access road, Han River Bridge access road, Tran Thanh Tong Street (from Ngo Quyen Street to Van Don Street), Van Don Street (from Tran Thanh Tong Street to Tran Hung Dao Street), Ho Nghinh Street (from Vuong Thua Vu Street to Vo Van Kiet Street), Pham Van Dong Street (except for passenger cars with more than 30 seats) from 15:00 to 24:00.
For vehicles allowed to stop and park on prohibited routes to serve DIFF 2023 such as: VIP vehicles, organizing committee vehicles, ambulances, fire fighting vehicles, television vehicles, electrical troubleshooting vehicles, water transport vehicles for temporary toilets, technical vehicles, etc.
City police regulate and control stopping, parking, and turning positions to ensure traffic order and safety.
Regarding the gathering place for some types of vehicles: passenger cars with less than 30 seats are allowed to travel to the Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection and gather on the routes north of the Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection. Passenger cars with more than 30 seats gather along Pham Van Dong street.
Using the vacant land of the Olalani project in the northwest of the Nai Hien Dong Ward Police Headquarters (west of Tran Hung Dao Street and north of the Olalani model house) as a parking lot for the organizing committee, VIP guests, delegates from departments, branches, localities... and forces carrying out tasks.
Regarding the flow of people and tourists from the area near the stands, they can travel to the stands along the following routes:
Ngo Quyen - Tran Thanh Tong Street - Van Don - Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection.
Ngo Quyen - Chu Huy Man Street - Van Don - Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection.
Le Duc Tho - Ho Han Thuong - Le Van Duyet Street - Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection.
Le Duc Tho Street - road connecting Le Duc Tho to Chu Huy Man - Chu Huy Man - Ho Han Thuong - Le Van Duyet - Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection.
Regarding the traffic flow of passenger cars from afar to the stands according to the following routes: western area of the city:
Passenger cars with 30 seats or less (allowed to pass through Thuan Phuoc Bridge according to the bridge's operating load of 10 tons) travel along the following route: Nguyen Luong Bang - Nguyen Sinh Sac - Nguyen Tat Thanh - Thuan Phuoc Bridge - Le Duc Tho - road connecting Le Duc Tho to Chu Huy Man - Chu Huy Man - Ho Han Thuong - Le Van Duyet - Van Don - Tran Hung Dao intersection.
Passenger cars with more than 30 seats travel on the following routes:
Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Sinh Sac - Hoang Thi Loan - Truong Chinh - Le Dai Hanh - Nguyen Huu Tho - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh - September 2 - Tran Thi Ly bridge - Ngo Quyen - Pham Van Dong.

The Department of Transport will install road signs according to the traffic diversion plan, specifically: Installing no stopping and parking signs along Bach Dang Street from Thanh Dien Hai Street to Tran Quy Cap Street.
Temporarily install signs prohibiting stopping and parking (with additional signs showing the prohibited time) during fireworks display nights from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on the following streets: Bach Dang Street (from Dragon Bridge to Thanh Dien Hai Street), Tran Hung Dao Street (from Nguyen Cong Tru to Van Don Street), Ngo Quyen Street (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street), Nguyen The Loc, Nguyen Trung Truc, Tran Thanh Tong Street (from Ngo Quyen to Van Don Street), Van Don Street (from Tran Thanh Tong to Tran Hung Dao Street).
After the fireworks display ends, the signs will be collected and installed for the next show nights.
Install signs to direct people and tourists to the fireworks stands in the area near the stands and direct passenger cars from a distance at some traffic diversion points.
On days when fireworks are not displayed, some of these road signs will be covered to avoid conflicts with the road sign system serving the construction of the stormwater drainage system through the Ngu Hanh Son - Ho Xuan Huong intersection.
The Traffic Light and Public Transport Operation Center proactively works and agrees with the City Police to adjust the operation program of the traffic light control system serving DIFF 2023 and assign focal officers and arrange forces to promptly coordinate and handle any problems arising during the implementation process.
People's Committees of Hai Chau and Son Tra districts: organize announcements and propaganda so that agencies, units and people in the area are aware; at the same time, arrange functional forces to block, guide and handle vehicles that stop and park in violation of regulations on stopping and parking bans on the following roads:
Tran Phu Street, cross-roads connecting Bach Dang with Tran Phu, Tran Hung Dao (from Vu Van Dung to Nguyen Cong Tru), cross-roads connecting Tran Hung Dao with Ngo Quyen (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street except Nguyen The Loc and Nguyen Trung Truc Streets), Dragon Bridge access road, Song Han Bridge access road, Pham Van Dong Street (except for passenger cars with more than 30 seats), Ho Nghinh Street (from Vuong Thua Vu to Vo Van Kiet) from 15:00 to 24:00.
In particular, pay attention to restaurants, hotels, and houses along Bach Dang Street (from Phan Dinh Phung to Tran Quy Cap) and Tran Hung Dao Street (from Nguyen Cong Tru to Van Don) to ensure traffic order and safety during the fireworks display preparation time.
Local authorities have plans to arrange parking lots to meet demand, contributing to minimizing the situation of stopping and parking on the street causing traffic congestion.
At the same time, there are measures to guide people and tourists to parking lots (signs, information, propaganda, etc.) and have appropriate parking lot management plans, ensuring traffic safety and order and urban beauty.
Vehicles serving DIFF 2023 that need to be granted badges to circulate, stop, and park in restricted areas such as VIP vehicles, organizing committee vehicles, ambulances, fire fighting vehicles, television vehicles, electrical troubleshooting vehicles, water transport vehicles for temporary toilets, technical vehicles, etc., relevant agencies and units should proactively contact and work with the Staff Department - City Police (phone number 069.4260.009 or Major Tran Cong Toan, Deputy Head of Staff Department - 0902.491.591) to discuss and agree on related contents.
