Hoa Cuong Ward launches campaign to ensure urban order.

DNO - On the morning of August 9th, Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang city, launched a high-intensity campaign to strengthen urban order and build a civilized and aesthetically pleasing urban lifestyle in the ward.
