The ward also focuses on investing in and upgrading the facilities and equipment of the Public Administrative Service Center towards a modern and user-friendly approach; publicly and fully displaying administrative procedures; and arranging 9 counters for receiving and returning application results. The internet system at the center is designed with separate networks for citizens and internal networks, contributing to improved access quality and information security. In addition, the waiting area, information desks, administrative procedure listing boards (both QR codes and paper copies), public information boards, and guidance boards for feedback and suggestions are all arranged comprehensively and conveniently, contributing to improved service quality for citizens and businesses.
Many positive results
According to Ms. Phan Thi Hai, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Rang Ward, the ward's Fatherland Front achieved many positive results in the first quarter thanks to the promotion of digitalization in propaganda work. The focus was on disseminating resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in digital format, making it easier for people to search, access, and spread information. In particular, digital technology has become a powerful "assistant" for the ward's Fatherland Front in implementing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the locality. Solutions such as digitizing polling station maps; organizing online contests to learn about election laws; and posting information, biographies, and action programs of candidates on digital platforms have contributed to enhancing transparency and supporting voters in accessing information conveniently. On the other hand, organizing professional training, deploying the "Digital Front" platform, and applying digital transformation within the Front system are also emphasized to meet the requirements of the new situation.
