Sa Pa Ward ensures smooth handling of administrative procedures

As soon as the new administrative apparatus was put into operation from July 1, the Sa Pa Ward Public Administration Service Center started to promptly deploy work, smoothly handle administrative procedures, and ensure the best and most favorable conditions for the people in the area.

People are conveniently resolved by officers of the ward's Public Administration Service Center.

On July 4, Ms. Tran Thi Nhan, Group 5, Sa Pa Ward, went to the Public Administration Service Center of the ward to complete legal procedures for her family. With the dedicated guidance of the staff at the Center, Ms. Nhan's work went smoothly, meeting the needs and expectations of her family.

Ms. Tran Thi Nhan shared, "At first, I thought that merging areas would be difficult, but when I went to do the procedures, I found it very quick and convenient."

With the motto "Taking people as the center of service", Sa Pa ward has constantly improved in the work of handling administrative procedures; deployed many synchronous solutions to improve service quality, in which, focusing on enhancing the sense of responsibility of the staff and civil servants; applied information technology in handling work and promoted administrative reform towards transparency and efficiency.

The Sa Pa ward one-stop department is arranged spaciously and scientifically , with a board publicly posting the procedures.

Coming to the ward’s “one-stop shop” these days, it is easy to see that the facilities and working conditions here are arranged spaciously and scientifically, with a public listing of procedures, time, and fees for handling administrative procedures, making it easy for people to look up and implement. The officers in charge always uphold the spirit of resolving issues quickly, on time, and without causing trouble for the people.

The leaders of the Ward People's Committee regularly follow up at the Public Administration Service Center to promptly resolve procedures.

Mr. To Ngoc Lien, Chairman of Sa Pa Ward People's Committee said: "Along with the smooth implementation of work, the ward also strengthens propaganda and guides people to use online public services at levels 3 and 4, contributing to reducing direct workload and saving travel time. Thanks to the continuous efforts, Sa Pa Ward has created trust and satisfaction of people in the work of handling administrative procedures".

Mr. To Ngoc Lien added that in the coming time, Sa Pa ward will continue to promote digital transformation, improve administrative procedure processing, in order to serve people in the best way, not letting anyone miss work because of administrative procedures.
