The delegation from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City extended New Year greetings to the provincial leaders.
Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to the families of former provincial leaders and presented gifts to disadvantaged households in Thuan Bac district.
The Provincial Party Committee delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to officials and people in various localities.
