PSG are furious with Neymar.

Neymar angered PSG by prioritizing watching Formula 1 over celebrating the team's Ligue 1 championship.

On May 27th, six injured players traveled with PSG to Strasbourg for their away match. Afterwards, they celebrated their Ligue 1 championship win in the dressing room. Neymar was the only injured player who did not travel with the team.

According to coach Christophe Galtier, Neymar "had trouble moving" due to a ligament injury sustained in March. But a day after the draw against Strasbourg, the Brazilian striker unexpectedly appeared in Monaco to watch the F1 race there. The distance from Paris to Monaco is 953 km, double the distance to Strasbourg.

On May 28th, the French striker affirmed his respect for his contract, which runs until 2025.

PSG secured Ligue 1 one round early, with 85 points after 37 matches. Messi and his teammates are four points ahead of second-placed Lens before the final round.
