Media reports indicate that explosions were recorded in Iran's capital, Tehran, in the early hours of October 26.


Iran's Tasnim news agency reported on October 26 that several explosions occurred in the capital Tehran in the early hours of that day.

Meanwhile, there are reports of an explosion at Khomeini Airport in Tehran, along with reports of an attack on the headquarters of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), according to The Jerusalem Post .

CNN, citing a source familiar with the matter, reported that Israel is believed to have launched retaliatory attacks against Iran after Tehran fired a series of missiles at Israel on October 1st. ABC News, citing the Israeli military on October 26th, stated that they carried out "precision strikes" against Iranian military targets.

The fire is believed to have occurred in a security zone in Tehran, Iran, on October 25.

On October 25, a fire broke out at a facility believed to be linked to Iran's Ministry of Defense , although Iranian fire authorities denied this. Several explosions were also reported in Iraq and Syria, and air defense systems were activated, according to the Maariv newspaper.

Israel has vowed to retaliate against Tehran. Following Iran's attack on October 1st, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated: "Iran has made a huge mistake and will pay the price."

Israeli officials have not yet commented on the reports of the explosions.

In another development, Hezbollah forces in Lebanon have carried out 48 attacks on Israel, including the use of rockets, missiles, and drones. Hezbollah said it clashed with Israeli soldiers attempting to advance further along the Lebanese border and attacked Israeli military sites, bases, and deployments in northern Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that Hezbollah launched approximately 65 rockets from Lebanon into Israel on October 25. "The IDF will continue to defend Israel and its people against Hezbollah threats," the IDF stated.
