Minh Hoa is a mountainous district located in the Northwest of Quang Binh province. Known as the homeland of "green tea and sweet honey," it boasts a rich and unique culinary culture that captivates many visitors. Over 150 years of formation and development, through many historical ups and downs, Minh Hoa district has achieved significant accomplishments and results.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Tran Hai Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that this is a significant political event, marking a step forward in the maturity and growth of Minh Hoa district in its construction and development process. To enable Minh Hoa to make a strong leap forward, he urged the Party Committee, government, and people of Minh Hoa to effectively implement programs on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, on sustainable poverty reduction, while preserving and promoting the unique cultural values of Minh Hoa's land and people.
On this occasion, Minh Hoa district also had the honor of receiving the title of National Intangible Cultural Heritage for "Minh Hoa Mid-March Festival" and "Minh Hoa District's Sắc Bùa Singing".
