Quang Ninh needs feasible solutions to achieve a growth rate of 14%.

(NLDO) - The President requested Quang Ninh province to promptly issue an action program with feasible solutions to achieve the 14% growth target.

On the morning of March 19th, in Quang Ninh province, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong, Head of the Politburo's Inspection Team 1907, chaired a meeting to approve the draft report of the Politburo and Secretariat's Inspection Team for 2025 regarding the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, representatives of the inspection team announced the draft report on the inspection results of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, which clearly stated: Immediately after the Central Committee issued Resolutions 18, Conclusions 121, 126, 127, Directive 35 and Conclusion 118, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued a plan to lead, direct, and organize conferences for serious, systematic, and scientific study and dissemination.

In addition, a Steering Committee should be established, and regulations, rules, and procedures should be issued to organize implementation; the Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions should be concretized into action programs, and grassroots Party committees and subordinate Party committees should be directed to proactively organize the study, understanding, and implementation of the Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions within their units.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, besides commending and acknowledging the achievements, the President also pointed out some difficulties, obstacles, and shortcomings that the province needs to propose solutions to overcome; transforming this inspection process into a self-inspection; and identifying and resolving difficulties and obstacles that fall under the jurisdiction of a particular agency.

Emphasizing that there are many goals and tasks that need to be diligently accomplished in the coming period, the President suggested that Quang Ninh province should review its objectives, develop clear action programs for each agency, unit, and individual member, and implement them decisively, conduct thorough inspections and supervision, and summarize lessons learned to improve further.

Pointing out that Quang Ninh has always been identified by the Central Government as having a particularly important strategic position in politics, economics, national defense, security, and foreign relations, the President requested the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to develop a set of solutions to enable Quang Ninh to progress rapidly, steadily, and sustainably in all aspects, especially to be a pioneer in implementing the four areas that were inspected.

Regarding the implementation of the policy on streamlining and reorganizing the organizational structure to ensure it is lean, efficient, effective, and efficient, and to create consensus within the Party and government at all levels, from the province to the grassroots, the President emphasized the need to seriously implement the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat. He stressed the urgent need to review, amend, supplement, and perfect regulations, rules, and guidelines to ensure that the apparatus from the province to the grassroots operates normally, without interruption or impact on the overall performance of the province's tasks.

The President requested the province to focus on effectively implementing Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo, and other directives and guidelines from competent authorities.

In particular, attention should be paid to preparing the necessary documents, personnel, and organizational conditions for the Congress when directed by higher authorities. Personnel work must adhere to principles, be comprehensive, rigorous, democratic, scientific, objective, impartial, and transparent, in order to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels after the reorganization, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Continue to do a good job in personnel work, especially in planning, evaluation, and training, focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially leaders and managers, with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige.
