The National Assembly voted on 5 laws and special policies that are breakthroughs in education.
(Dan Tri Newspaper) - This afternoon (December 10), within the framework of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly will vote to approve a series of important legal documents, creating a strategic breakthrough for the education sector.

According to the schedule, the National Assembly will vote to approve all three laws and two resolutions aimed at perfecting the legal framework and achieving the breakthrough goal of comprehensive educational quality.
Of these, three laws were voted on and passed: the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education, the Law on Vocational Education (amended), and the Law on Higher Education (amended).
At the same time, the National Assembly also voted to approve the National Assembly Resolution on a number of special and outstanding mechanisms and policies to achieve breakthroughs in education and training development; and the Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of the quality of education and training for the period 2026-2035.
The simultaneous adoption of these documents is expected to create a policy turning point, opening up a "golden legal framework" for profound changes, from general education to university and vocational education, meeting the requirements of international integration and developing high-quality human resources to enable the education sector to accelerate in the 2026-2035 period.
