The National Assembly voted on 5 laws and special policies that are breakthroughs in education.

(Dan Tri) - This afternoon (December 10), within the framework of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly will vote to pass a series of important legal documents, creating strategic breakthroughs for the education sector.

According to schedule, the National Assembly will vote to pass a complete set of three laws and two resolutions to complete the legal framework and realize the goal of making a breakthrough in comprehensive education quality.

Of which, 3 laws were voted and passed including: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education, Law on Vocational Education (amended), Law on Higher Education (amended).

At the same time, the National Assembly also voted to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of specific and outstanding mechanisms and policies to make breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution on investment policy for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of education and training quality in the 2026-2035 period.

The simultaneous approval of these documents is expected to create a policy turning point, opening up a "golden legal framework" for far-reaching changes, from general education to university and vocational education, meeting the requirements of international integration and developing high-quality human resources for the education sector to accelerate in the 2026-2035 period.
