Nghi Duc People's Credit Fund announces changes to its operational content.

Based on Decision No. 119/QD-KV10, dated April 23, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 10 Branch;

Based on Decision No. 120/QD-KV10 dated April 23, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 10 Branch,

Nghi Duc People's Credit Fund announces the following operational details:

1. The charter capital of Nghi Duc People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is: VND 3,206,150,000 (in words: Three billion two hundred and six million one hundred and fifty thousand dong).

2. The scope of operations as stipulated in Establishment and Operation License No. 06/GP-NHNN, dated December 14, 1995, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Provincial Branch, is amended and supplemented as follows:

a) Raising capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Lending in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the Cooperative Bank.

- Acting as an agent providing payment services for the Cooperative Bank to members and customers of the Nghi Duc People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in capital contribution at the Cooperative Bank.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial banks, or cooperative banks.

- Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank.
