Immediately after the First Party Congress of Hoa Tu Commune, for the 2025-2030 term, the political system and people of Hoa Tu Commune quickly concretized the Congress Resolution into practical programs, plans, and projects. To date, the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has achieved many outstanding results.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Hoa Tu Commune Party Committee has set 15 key targets. Mr. Nguyen Qui Duc, Permanent Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Commune Party Committee's Inspection Committee, stated: The Commune Party Committee has developed an action program and directed Party committees, Party organizations, the People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee, and political and social organizations to develop implementation plans for the Resolution, closely adhering to the objectives and applying them flexibly to practical situations. The Party Committee has issued three specialized resolutions: calling for and attracting investment in projects in the area; building Hoa Tu commune towards modernization; and digital transformation, focusing on building a digital government linked to administrative reform, improving the effectiveness of state management and the quality of service to the people. Simultaneously, it has issued programs to maintain the shrimp-rice farming model, develop a green economy and circular economy, and implement administrative reform programs for the 2026-2030 period and annually. Thematic resolutions and key programs are being implemented in practice.

Along with that, the Party Committee of Hoa Tu commune focused on leading and directing the government, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and agencies and units to concentrate on supporting capital and technology, and removing difficulties to help people and businesses boost production and business. Ms. Le Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Director of Hong Thuy Cooperative, Hoa Tan hamlet, said: “We produce handicrafts for export. In 2025, the local government supported the cooperative with a preferential loan of 350 million VND to build a greenhouse for product preservation and invest in equipment for production. Thanks to this, the cooperative's revenue reached 1.44 billion VND, exceeding the set target, ensuring stable jobs and income for workers.”

According to Mr. Huynh Minh Chu, Secretary of the Hoa Truc Hamlet Party Branch, the Party Branch directed the support of residents in borrowing over 6 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank; mobilized people to produce high-quality export-grade rice varieties on a total area of ​​140 hectares, and raise shrimp and fish on 265 hectares; and mobilized resources to support the construction of a house for Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, a near-poor household in the hamlet. To date, the hamlet has no poor households.

With decisive leadership and guidance from the Party Committee, flexible management by the government, and the concerted efforts of cadres, Party members, and the people, Hoa Tu commune has achieved initial results in implementing the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress. Notably, agricultural production consistently exceeded planned targets; 9 rural infrastructure projects, including solar-powered streetlights, have been put into operation with a total cost of approximately 4 billion VND; 13 projects with a total investment of over 90.7 billion VND from public investment funds have been implemented; 21 outstanding individuals have been admitted to the Party; the rate of resolving and returning administrative documents and procedures ahead of schedule and on time reached over 99.8%; and the commune achieved 766 points in the National Public Service Portal's index for serving citizens and businesses in 2025, ranking 3rd out of 103 communes and wards in the city…

The initial results in implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress of Hoa Tu Commune for the 2025-2030 term have created an important stepping stone for Hoa Tu. This is not only a great source of motivation but also a basis for the political system and the people of the commune to realize the goal of rapid and sustainable development in the new era.
