The deployment of these systems aims to create data-driven management tools, supporting leaders and professionals in making accurate and timely decisions; while simultaneously reducing manual procedures and improving management efficiency at the grassroots level. The platforms also contribute to increased transparency, facilitating convenient and official access to information on agriculture , resources, and environment for citizens and businesses.

Mr. Bui Tu Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province, delivered the opening speech at the ceremony announcing the Ca Mau Agriculture Software and the provincial resource and environment data portal.

In recent times, Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 214 of the Government have identified data as a strategic resource and a core foundation for modernizing public administration and promoting sustainable socio-economic development. Therefore, the early implementation of these systems is of crucial importance, creating a prerequisite for accelerating digital transformation and management innovation in the agricultural sector in the coming period.

However, digital transformation is not just about investing in software or building systems. Even the most modern system will be ineffective if the data is not updated correctly, completely, cleanly, and promptly.
