At the meeting, leaders of units and localities reported on the progress of key projects and works, including: Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project; Ea Tam irrigation reservoir; coastal road (phase 1); road connecting Bai Goc Port to Van Phong Economic Zone (Khanh Hoa); Provincial Cultural and Arts Center; adjustment of the Buon Ma Thuot City General Planning until 2050; planning of the Ea Tam lake urban center; ODA project for green urban development in the eastern area and along the Ea Nao - Ea Tam stream corridor.

To date, many projects are being implemented with positive results. Specifically, Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project has completed 100% of land clearance for the main route, with construction value reaching 96.78%; the Ea Tam irrigation reservoir project has reached 67.21% of its construction volume. Projects such as the coastal road, the road connecting Bai Goc Port, and other planning schemes and ODA projects are also being accelerated. However, the implementation process still faces difficulties and obstacles related to land clearance, relocation of technical infrastructure, and compensation and resettlement policies.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the double-digit economic growth target of Dak Lak province in the period 2026-2030, acknowledged the efforts of departments, localities, and investors in implementing key projects and works in the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the ongoing projects are of significant importance to infrastructure development, urban expansion, and creating momentum for the province's socio-economic growth. Therefore, relevant units need to focus intensely, proactively coordinate to resolve difficulties and obstacles, especially in land clearance, compensation, resettlement support, and relocation of technical infrastructure; and accelerate construction progress while ensuring the quality of the projects according to the planned schedule.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet instructed the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, agencies, and localities to regularly review the progress of each project, promptly address any arising issues, and resolutely complete the set goals and tasks, contributing to creating a foundation for rapid and sustainable economic growth in the coming period.
