Review and consider adjusting the industrial park development plan in the province.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade, Construction; Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board, relevant agencies and units based on current legal regulations and guidance of the Ministry of Finance to review and consider implementing adjustments to the provincial planning for industrial parks (IPs) in the province to ensure suitability, synchronization, efficiency, and compliance with regulations; report to the Provincial People's Committee before October 18, 2025.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee received Document No. 15136, dated September 30, 2025, from the Ministry of Finance on adjusting the industrial park development plan in Khanh Hoa province. In this document, based on the provisions of the law on planning and the Government's resolution, the Prime Minister's decision, the Ministry of Finance requested the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to review and consider adjusting the planning of Khanh Hoa province to transfer Ninh Xuan Industrial Park (split into Ninh Xuan Industrial Park 1 and Ninh Xuan Industrial Park 2), Ninh Diem Industrial Park 1 in the industrial park development plan of Khanh Hoa province from implementing the period after 2030 to implementing the period before 2030.
