Ronaldo continued to write another special chapter in his career by reaching the milestone of 100 goals in the Saudi Pro League. This milestone came in the 75th minute of Al Nassr's 4-2 victory over Al Shabab in the 33rd round of the Saudi Arabian national championship on May 8th ( Hanoi time).
Notably, the 41-year-old striker reached the milestone of 100 goals in 105 matches for Al Nassr. Despite being in the twilight of his career, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner scores a goal every 91 minutes on average.
What makes this milestone even more special is that Ronaldo has become the first player in history to score at least 100 goals in three different national leagues.

Before making history in the Saudi Pro League, the Portuguese captain had scored 103 goals for Manchester United in the Premier League and 311 goals for Real Madrid in La Liga.
In addition, CR7 has scored 3 goals for Sporting in the Portuguese Primeira Liga and 81 goals for Juventus in Serie A.
Not only did Ronaldo reach the milestone of 100 goals in three competitions, but he also became the first player to win the top scorer title in four different national leagues: the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and the Saudi Pro League.
Ronaldo led the Premier League scoring charts in the 2007-2008 season with 31 goals, won the Serie A Golden Boot in the 2020-2021 season with 29 goals, and was the top scorer in La Liga three times.
Ronaldo continued to demonstrate his class by winning two consecutive top scorer titles with 35 goals in the 2023-2024 season and 25 goals in the 2024-2025 season in the Saudi Pro League.
The former Man Utd legend has also scored 26 goals, chasing Julian Quinones and Ivan Toney in the race for the top scorer award in the Saudi Pro League this season.
With his goal against Al Shabab, superstar Ronaldo also helped Al Nassr consolidate their lead in the Saudi Pro League with 82 points, 5 points ahead of Al Hilal but having played one more game.
With only two rounds remaining in the season, the clash between Al Nassr and Al Hilal on May 12th is seen as the "final" match that will decide the champion of the Saudi Pro League 2025-2026.
Ronaldo and his Al Nassr teammates still have the AFC Champions League Two final against Gamba Osaka on May 16th.
This is also a great opportunity for the striker born in 1985 to turn his personal records into his first collective title while playing for Al Nassr.
