During the peak season of National Day, amidst the hustle and bustle, Tan Son Nhat Airport becomes more vibrant than ever with the proud red and yellow colors of its uniforms. Every passenger is warmly welcomed with sparkling eyes, bright smiles, and heartfelt greetings: "SASCO welcomes you!"

The bright smiles and attentive, professional service of SASCO staff warmed the hearts of passengers.

A smile - the language of the heart.

Taking advantage of the busy National Day holiday on September 2nd, when passengers are at their busiest time of year, SASCO launched the "Service from the Heart" program with a unified greeting across the entire system to refresh its brand image and provide customers with the most satisfying experience in every service.

Passenger Thu Thủy from Ho Chi Minh City said she felt happy and impressed with the beautiful image and the friendly welcome and enthusiastic advice from SASCO staff.

“I needed a really special birthday gift for my teenage daughter. The staff advised me and helped me choose a Capybara plushie wearing a turtle backpack, and they wrapped it beautifully. As soon as my daughter heard the name Capybara, she excitedly shouted, ‘How did Mom know about this hot trend?’ That’s what airport service should be like; I’m very satisfied,” shared Ms. Thu Thủy.

Mr. Seung-ho, a South Korean tourist, shared that this was his first time in Vietnam, but upon landing at Tan Son Nhat Airport, he felt a sense of familiarity and comfort thanks to the friendly smiles and bright Vietnamese-colored uniforms of the airport staff.

The "Service from the Heart" program is part of SASCO's corporate culture: building sustainable internal strength from a happy and professional working environment. The Hospitality Training Course is offered by SASCO in collaboration with Wings Academy Training Center.

Employees receive training in product knowledge, soft skills, enthusiasm, and enhanced multilingual skills in target market countries: the UK, South Korea, Japan, China, etc.

Trung Nhat, a Business Lounge employee at SASCO, said that in-depth product knowledge training, multilingual communication skills, and a hospitable spirit have helped him and his colleagues confidently and readily conquer new challenges to provide a more satisfying experience and meet the increasingly high demands of international customers.

Providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment to foster passion and talent among young people, SASCO has built trendy playgrounds: the Fit & Health Sports Club; the Talent Club; and meaningful social responsibility activities such as tree planting and recycling festivals.

SASCO's staff are planting mangrove trees as part of the "Happy Green Shoots" project.

In particular, the internal competition "Voice of the Pioneers" encourages employees to freely express their creativity, contribute ideas and initiatives from their work positions to improve products and services, and deliver new experiences to customers.

Linh Nhi, a Sales Department employee at SASCO Duty Free and the "author" of the heartfelt service greeting in the "Voice of the Pioneers" competition, shared: "Today, SASCO launched its new greeting across its entire service system. What could be more fulfilling than having my idea brought to life, conveying my feelings and heart to our valued customers? I feel proud that my idea has been recognized by the company and I love my job even more; each day at work has become more meaningful."
