The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam said that from July 1, 2025, the implementation of the arrangement and adjustment of administrative boundaries according to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 and related resolutions on the application of the 2-level local government model nationwide has been officially implemented.

Accordingly, the administrative names of some Vietnamese airports have also changed accordingly. To ensure convenience for passengers when buying tickets and accessing promotional publications to avoid confusion about departure and destination points, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requests that Vietnamese airlines urgently review to ensure that the information displayed on tickets, ticket sales websites, distribution channels, promotional publications, and destination introductions are consistent with the new administrative boundaries.
