The program was organized by the Public Service Center - People's Committee of Phu Xuan Ward. Attending the event were the Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Bach, along with the band Two Thousand and other young singers.
This program was organized to celebrate the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh on May 19th. Interspersed with youthful acoustic songs and impromptu songs requested by the audience, the listeners also enjoyed songs about the beloved President Ho Chi Minh. The simple melodies, echoing in the open space by the river, created a profound emotional impact on the audience.

Without a grand stage or elaborate effects, the program still created its own appeal thanks to the intimate, relaxed atmosphere by the romantic Perfume River. Many young people, families, and tourists arrived early to find spots on the grassy areas along the river to listen to music, chat, and enjoy a gentle Hue night.
Many viewers said they were looking forward to the return of "Where to go, what to listen to?" after the first two episodes made a strong impression on the music-loving community in Hue. Many young people brought mats and drinks, sitting in small groups to enjoy the unique, "chill" atmosphere of the program.
Ms. Hoai Linh, a tourist from Da Nang, shared that what impressed her was the simple music and the peaceful feeling of Hue at night. "Sitting by the Perfume River listening to acoustic music and watching the Truong Tien Bridge light up is truly relaxing," she said.
The organizers stated that "Where to go, what to listen to?" is designed as an open community music space where people can connect and relax after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. After three editions, the program is gradually becoming a familiar meeting place for Hue residents and tourists visiting the city on the Perfume River.
