The City People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on the implementation of digitalization, restructuring of administrative procedures (TTHC) and providing online public services. The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the heads of departments, branches and sectors under the City People's Committee, Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, wards and communes to focus on directing and organizing the implementation of digitalization of records and results of handling administrative procedures in receiving and handling administrative procedures according to detailed instructions in Circular No. 01/2023/TT-VPCP of the Minister, Head of the Government Office and regulations on receiving, handling and digitizing records and results of handling administrative procedures under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism at agencies and units in the city.
Agencies, units and localities shall review the online public services being provided, especially the full-process online public services, ensuring that they meet the announced level of online public services, are smooth, seamless, effective, transparent, and minimize paperwork; continue to restructure processes, reduce and simplify administrative procedures based on reusing digitized data according to the guidance of the Government Office to improve the quality of online public services, create convenience and save costs; integrate and provide 100% of online public services on the national public service portal in June 2025.
