With over 20 years of experience in nursing, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Minh, Deputy Head of the Nursing Department (Dong Nai General Hospital), is not only an experienced manager but also a leading figure in many professional improvement activities, human resource training, and enhancing the quality of patient care at the hospital.

Ms. Kim Minh is in charge of nursing activities in the Internal Medicine department, including receiving patient samples, training new nurses, supervising nursing topics, and providing health education to patients. Despite the large workload and high demands, she demonstrates a sense of responsibility, scientific approach, and innovation in every task.

Under her guidance and direct implementation, many important improvements have been effectively applied, such as: digitizing nursing forms, implementing the "5-in-1" care form, improving the intravenous fluid administration form, etc. These innovations not only reduce administrative pressure on nurses but also give them more time to care for patients.
