Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training requires units to continue to effectively carry out propaganda work, raise awareness about digital transformation, in which the implementation of digital transcripts is a key task of theeducation sector in the 2024-2025 school year. At the same time, review and evaluate the current status of information technology infrastructure, develop investment plans, upgrade equipment, Internet connection, education management software to meet the requirements of digital transformation and application of digital transcripts; prioritize investment in solutions and software for digital transcript management to ensure security, safety, integration capabilities, and connectivity with other education management systems.
In addition, the Department of Education and Training requires units to deploy digital signatures for managers and teachers according to Decree No. 68, dated June 25, 2024 of the Government regulating digital signatures for specialized public service; use in performing general tasks and signing digital transcripts according to authority, ensuring the legality of digital transcripts and other electronic documents. On the other hand, pilot administrative procedures related to digital transcripts; promote digitalization, simplify administrative procedures related to digital transcripts; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of digital transformation, application of digital transcripts at educational institutions, promptly detect and handle arising problems; periodically evaluate, draw lessons, and propose improvement solutions.
Educational institutions implementing digital transcripts at primary level and participating in the pilot digital transcripts at secondary level need to coordinate with digital transcript service providers (VNPT Khanh Hoa, Viettel Khanh Hoa...) to develop training plans for the use, operation and content related to the digital transcript system; ensure connection and sharing of digital transcript data from educational institutions to the digital transcript database of the Ministry of Education and Training; select, build and train a core team of cadres and teachers on digital transcripts to support and guide colleagues in the process of implementing digital transformation.
