Recently, singer Tang Phuc, along with guest performers ST Son Thach, Thai Le Minh Hieu, SWAN, and Minh Huy, had a successful SLAY concert in Bien Hoa ( Dong Nai ).

ST Son Thach and Tang Phuc are both members of Nha Chin Muoi, having previously participated in the program "Brothers Overcoming Thousands of Obstacles".

Meanwhile, Thai Le Minh Hieu and SWAN are faces who emerged from "The All-Round Rookie," having had the opportunity to learn from experienced "veterans."

Minh Huy, in particular, is a young artist whom Tang Phuc is guiding and supporting to develop in the future.

Tang Phuc's moments of overcoming challenges with tango went viral on social media.

The highlight of the show was the new songs, including a duet with ST Son Thach on "Walking Together" and "Being Together," combined with a captivating tango dance. Tang Phuc shared that, as a non-professional dancer, he often encountered difficulties during tango practice.

"Phuc and Kim Anh only had a short time to practice the dance moves for the new song. When they received the challenge from musician Huynh Quoc Huy, they only had 3 days to practice the basic moves, and 4 separate training sessions with choreographer Wonbi to increase the difficulty and appeal of the performance."

"Many times, I felt like I was participating in 'Dancing with the Stars' because there were so many difficult moves and we had to practice in such a short time. Since I'm not a professional dancer, the person who got the most 'bruised' during this performance was... my dance partner Kim Anh. I stepped on her foot at least 10 times (laughs). Almost every practice session left her with injuries," Tang Phuc expressed.

Meanwhile, dancer Kim Anh said that despite the physical pressure and injuries, she still supported Tang Phuc thanks to the singer's serious work ethic and investment.

Following the performance, Tang Phuc's tango dance quickly became the center of attention and garnered significant interest on social media. The singer also posted the performance on his personal channel, and it is currently receiving many positive comments praising his progress in dance and stage presence.

A stage for young artists to make their mark.

Besides performances by Tang Phuc and ST Son Thach, SLAY 2026 also provided an opportunity for young artists like Thai Le Minh Hieu, SWAN, and Minh Huy to showcase themselves for the first time on a large-scale stage. Two of these young artists, who emerged from the "Rookie of the Year" program, admitted that this was their first live stage performance after reality TV, a chance for them to greet the audience through music .

According to musician Huynh Quoc Huy, both the individual and collaborative performances were built upon the unique musical style of each artist. Thai Le Minh Hieu, the Gen Z singer, "set the stage on fire" with his dance moves in a series of newly arranged songs: "True Love," and "I Want You to Take Me Home" (sung with Tang Phuc).

Meanwhile, SWAN's forte in ballads was showcased to the fullest when they collaborated with senior artist Tang Phuc in a mashup of "Everything Will Replace You - Tears". In addition, SWAN also took the opportunity to perform their newly released song "Perhaps".

For Minh Huy, the mashup "One Drunken Night - Sea of Love" was a challenge set by Tang Phuc for his junior, wanting the audience to see the progress in his singing, stage presence, and ability to subtly handle difficult songs.

To conclude the program, the artists performed "The Beloved Black Horse," a piece combining traditional and modern elements, adding a highlight to the overall show. Sharing their thoughts after the concert, the young artists expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to participate in SLAY 2026 and considered it an important starting point in their musical journey.

Following their performance in the South, Tang Phuc and his team plan to bring SLAY 2026 to Hanoi on April 18th and 19th, with changes in staging and content to offer a new experience for the audience.
