Awarding 10 individuals with the title "Outstanding Citizen of the Capital"

Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed Decision No. 4911/QD-UBND on awarding the title "Outstanding Capital Citizen" in 2025.

Specifically, 10 individuals were awarded the title "Outstanding Capital Citizen" in 2025, including:

Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, former Deputy Minister of Construction ;

Associate Professor, Doctor, Senior Physician, People's Physician, Colonel Nguyen Kim Nu Hieu, former Deputy Director of 108 Central Military Hospital;

Dr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Chairman of the Board of Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary and High School;

Professor, PhD, Architect Hoang Dao Kinh, member of Hanoi Architecture - Planning Council, Hanoi Cultural Heritage Association;

Mr. Ha Tung Lap, Head of Sepak Takraw Department, Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Center, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports;

Professor, Doctor of Science, Academician Tran Dinh Long, honorary member of the Hanoi Union of Science and Technology Associations;

Musician Truong Ngoc Ninh, member of the Hanoi Literature and Arts Association;

Mr. Luu Hoang Phuong, Head of Construction Engineering Team, FECON Joint Stock Company, Hanoi City;

Colonel Dang Viet Quang, Head of the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, Hanoi City Police;

People's Artisan Nguyen Van Tinh, Phu Nghia Bamboo and Rattan Association, Hanoi Handicraft and Craft Village Association.
