Online training on land surveying and registration.

On May 15th, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang province organized a combined in-person and online conference to implement land registration, initial issuance of land use right certificates, and training on surveying and cadastral record keeping in the province.

Leaders of units under the Department attended the training conference and answered questions and addressed difficulties faced by the grassroots level.

At the conference, delegates were guided on five key areas: determining the scope and estimated costs of implementation; reviewing and supplementing data for Group 2 land parcels that do not meet the criteria of "correct - complete - clean - livable"; integrating the cadastral mapping process with land registration, issuance of land use right certificates, and database construction; implementing land registration for resettlement areas, areas for stable population relocation, and cases eligible for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; and guidance on the inspection, acceptance, and delivery of products for settlement purposes. Local authorities exchanged and reported on difficulties and obstacles encountered during the practical implementation process.

Through this conference, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and local authorities are determined to complete the tasks according to Plan 174/KH-UBND and Plan 2959/KH-BNNMT-BCA, gradually perfecting cadastral records and the national land database in the coming time.
