Right from the beginning of the term, Party building work continued to receive attention, directing and implementing drastically, synchronously deploying many solutions and achieving good results; The work of political and ideological education associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been focused on and has had many positive changes. The organization of research, study and mastery of the Party's resolutions at the Party Committee of EVNHCMC has been carried out seriously and effectively. All aspects of propaganda, organization, inspection, mass mobilization, and office work were excellently evaluated by the departments and offices of the City Party Committee and received certificates of merit from the City Party Committees and certificates of merit from the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
The inspection and supervision are strictly carried out to ensure the correct procedure. During the half term, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of EVNHCMC conducted thematic supervision of 8 party organizations and 8 party members; compliance inspection for 8 party organizations and 8 party members.. The Party Committee Inspection Committee of EVNHCMC also conducts inspections on 3 party organizations and 4 party members when there are signs of violations; inspect the performance of inspection and supervision tasks for 6 grassroots party committees; carry out thematic supervision of 9 party organizations and 9 party members.

Regarding production and business tasks, EVNHCMC has ensured a stable, continuous and safe electricity supply, fully meeting the electricity demand in the area, actively contributing to the city's economic recovery and development after the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Corporation has basically completed all production - business - construction investment targets according to the plan assigned by the Electricity of Vietnam every year. Customer service quality achieved many positive results. In which, 100% of services for customers are performed in the digital environment, through a multi-channel switchboard for transactions between customers and electricity. EVNHCMC has also completed a system of measuring, collecting and analyzing electricity used through smart meters with approximately 100% replacement of electronic meters with telemetry function, helping customers through the Customer Service App to monitor power quality and daily electricity consumption.
The Corporation also focuses on improving the quality of resources, so far has trained and recognized 23 experts, 56 skilled workers, 108 ASEAN engineers.
