Along with a modern Mui Ne and its annual Tet festivals, the southern area of ​​Phan Thiet city is equally vibrant and colorful with the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon 2024 (Vibe Fest) taking place continuously from the 3rd to the 8th day of Tet (February 13-18) at NovaWorld Phan Thiet.
